Dr Marc Zimmerling

Marc is Head of Germany Disputes.

He represents clients in all types of national and cross-border disputes before state and arbitration courts. Marc regularly acts for national and international companies from the financial services, insurance, IT, retail and professional services sectors. He has extensive experience in complex commercial and corporate as well as insurance disputes. A particular focus of his work is on professional indemnity and directors' liability. Marc also advises on all D&O issues. Furthermore, he has broad experience in the area of risk prevention and risk management as well as in various fields of alternative dispute resolution.

Marc has repeatedly been named by Juve as frequently recommended lawyer for Commercial Litigation and Liability: Litigation, Arbitration/Mediation (esp. professional indemnity) and Corporate Litigation. Additionally, Legal 500 Germany 2014 describes him as "brilliant, always available" and gives "highly valuable" advice.
