Kathrin advises clients on all fields of banking and financing transactions with a focus on project and acquisition finance.
Kathrin is acting for banks as well as for borrowers on international as well as domestic transactions. She has to some degree gained experience in regulatory matters in connection with banking and investment licencing requirements, product licencing and distribution requirements in Germany and advises regularly on certain financial products, such as specific cash pooling arrangements.
