Johanna advises national and international companies exclusively on employment law matters, both in collective and individual law. She specializes in all aspects of employment law in connection with compliance investigations. Furthermore, she frequently advises financial institutions in all aspects of remuneration including variable remuneration systems.

Johanna regularly represents clients in proceedings before labour courts. Additionally, the conclusion of out-of-court termination agreements with respect to Employees and CEOs is part of her expertise.

Finally, Johanna advises intensively in respect to the rightfulness of remuneration of Works Council members – out-of-court as well as before labour courts.
