Jens advises listed companies, their board members and shareholders in relation to corporate actions, corporate governance, and corporate litigation for over 20 years and is a leading practitioner in the field.

His expertise includes the preparation and implementation of general meetings, remuneration policies, ESG requirements, and the impact of AI. He also has broad experience in M&A transactions, corporate fund governance, and large-scale commercial agreements.

He has an industry-focus on telecommunications, media and technology.

Jens has published widely on German and European company law as well as on topics related to the transformation of the legal sector.
