Felicia von Grundherr

Senior Associate

The focus of Felicia’s practice concerns complex collective bargaining agreements and in particular industrial disputes law and respective litigation.

Felicia further has particular experience in advising on mass redundancies and subsequent mass litigation. Her expertise also extends to co-determination disputes with works councils and the deploying of external staff.

Felicia advises both national and international clients, with a focus on the transport, logistics, health care and food trade industry. She received a doctorate in employment law from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and acts as co-lecturer at the University of Münster for industrial dispute law.
