Dr Esther Schmidt-Naumann

Counsel

Esther advises mainly in the fields of arbitration, litigation and disputes out of court. 
She represents domestic and international clients in a variety of disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals. She regularly acts for clients in disputes involving the law of contracts, commercial law, banking law, corporate law including post-M&A disputes, insolvency law, private international law and enforcement law for more than twenty years. A particular focus of her work lies in insolvency law, where she represents both creditors and insolvency administrators in all kinds of insolvency-related disputes including revocatory actions and professional liability.
