What we do

Allen & Overy operates in Italy through two offices: Milan and Rome.

Our lawyers are capable of providing clients with a broad range of legal services related to Italian, English, American and European law.  The organisation of our two Italian offices divides its activity into five main areas: Finance (Banking and Capital Markets), Corporate and Commercial, Litigation and Tax.

Library

The Italian Library, inter alia, offers the following wide range of enquiry and research services, conducted through access to a variety of print materials, databases and online tools:

  • finding articles and commentary on legal topics; and

distributing a weekly Newsletter which includes both the list of indexes of current journal subscriptions and the list of books and publications recently purchased by the Italian offices.
