What we do

Allen & Overy operates in Italy through two offices: Milan and Rome.

Our lawyers are capable of providing clients with a broad range of legal services related to Italian, English, American and European law.  The organisation of our two Italian offices divides its activity into five main areas: Finance (Banking and Capital Markets), Corporate and Commercial, Litigation and Tax.

Corporate and M&A

Corporate clients need lawyers with technical expertise and a practical approach to meet the demands of the evolving global marketplace. The Italian Corporate and Commercial teams' diverse expertise and cross-border experience covers a wide range of issues specific to various industry sectors.

The team provides guidance in identifying potential issues and our detailed knowledge of the workings of the system allows us to present our clients with innovative options.
