We do not practise Indian law or have an office in India, as this is not permitted under local rules, but having worked closely with Trilegal for many years, Allen & Overy has established a non-exclusive referral arrangement with them in India. This was the first agreement of its kind with a full service Indian law firm and we are one of a very small number of major international law firms to offer such a service.

Our referral arrangement with Trilegal, which operates out of offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad, strengthens our own expertise and ability to offer valuable market knowledge and local experience. This relationship gives our clients access to international and Indian law advice on an integrated basis and has proved to be very successful for our clients.
