Richard Rowland was a partner in the Corporate department from 1974 to 2000 and is now a consultant. He has over 35 years' experience of a broad range of company/commercial work including mergers and acquisitions (often of an international nature), issues of listed securities (both equity and debt), investment funds operating or investing in many jurisdictions, oil and gas related projects, reorganisations, schemes of arrangement and financings. As a consultant he advises partners and associates on complex corporate matters and works on know-how and training for them.
