Experience: 

Rod Cork has a wide banking and projects practice based in Paris. He was head of the international legal department of a major French Bank for a number of years. He has acted for lenders on many public bid financings into the UK (ECC/BPB), into France (Technip/Coflexip) and cross-border leveraged finance transactions. He advised recently lenders on major restructurings in France (Vivendi, Alstom, Rhodia). He has acted for lenders on telecoms projects in France, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, Egypt, Hungary and the Czech Republic and advises on infrastructure projects.
