In advising the managers on Euromarket bonds deals Allen & Overy is ranked as number one legal adviser, in terms of number of deals. The firm advised on a total of 478 deals - again well clear of our closest competitor.
The results also positioned Allen & Overy as the top adviser by both deal value and number to managers in Euromarket High Yield work and the top adviser by both deal value and number to issuers and managers in GCC Islamic Bonds.
Additionally, in the full year Thomson Reuters European Capital Markets Legal Adviser league tables Allen & Overy is position as the number one legal adviser to managers (by number of deals) in all international debt issues. Allen & Overy advised on a total of 408 deals worth USD 390bn.
The Thomson Reuters tables also positioned Allen & Overy as the top adviser by number of deals to managers in Investment Grade Corporate Debt. The firm advised on a total of 398 deals worth USD 377.7bn.
