First USD bonds issuance in Thailand

Allen & Overy today said it has advised PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) on the first USD bonds to be issued and sold solely in Thailand. The USD bonds were issued through the Thai state-owned oil and gas producer's wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia, PTTEP Australia International Finance Pty Ltd (PTTEPAIF) and guaranteed by PTTEP.
