European Commission Consultation Focuses on Standards and FRAND Licensing of IPR.

The European Commission (Commission) is consulting on revised draft antitrust guidelines on the application of Article 101 TFEU (the prohibition against anti-competitive agreements) to horizontal co-operation agreements between companies, in particular agreements between competitors (the Draft Guidelines).
