Our Life Sciences Group is a multi-disciplinary team of over 90 experts from our offices all around the world. We act for companies and institutions across the pharma and bioscience sector, providing advice to ensure that they are well placed to capitalise on their opportunities. We provide proactive advice, much of it on an integrated basis across our network.

Our advice ranges from IP, both contentious and non-contentious, to M&A, regulatory and private equity.

We produce a weekly Life Sciences bulletin. If you'd like to request a copy, please email rachel.osborne@allenovery.com.
